1. Service Provider

Chillfolio is operated by UAB W00RKS, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Chillfolio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

3. Description of Service

Chillfolio is a portfolio tracking and rebalancing calculator. The service allows you to:

  • Track investment portfolio holdings you manually enter
  • Calculate rebalancing trades based on your target allocations
  • View momentum signals and allocation suggestions
  • Run hypothetical backtests on investment strategies

The service is a calculation tool only. It does not execute trades, connect to brokerage accounts, or manage real money on your behalf.

4. Important Investment Disclaimer

Chillfolio is NOT investment advice.

  • We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
  • The calculations, signals, and suggestions provided are for educational and informational purposes only.
  • Nothing on this service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
  • You should consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

5. Backtesting Disclaimer

Backtesting results are hypothetical and have inherent limitations:

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Backtests do not account for transaction costs, taxes, slippage, or market impact.
  • Results assume perfect execution at historical prices, which may not be achievable in practice.
  • Market conditions, regulations, and economic factors change over time.
  • Actual trading results may differ materially from backtested results.

6. No Trade Execution

Chillfolio does not execute trades or connect to brokerage accounts. All portfolio data is manually entered by you. Any trades you make based on our calculations are executed at your own discretion through your own brokerage.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of portfolio data you enter
  • All investment and trading decisions you make
  • Verifying calculations independently before acting on them
  • Understanding the risks associated with any investment strategy
  • Keeping your account credentials secure
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

8. Data Accuracy

Chillfolio uses third-party market data sources. While we strive to provide accurate data, we cannot guarantee that market prices, historical data, or calculations are error-free. Always verify important data with authoritative sources before making decisions.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

10. Account & Subscription

Free accounts have access to basic features. Premium features may require a paid subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for fraudulent purposes, or abuse the service. We will provide notice when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Chillfolio and UAB W00RKS are not liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or financial damages arising from your use of the service.
  • We are not liable for errors in calculations, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
  • Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

The Chillfolio service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by UAB W00RKS. You retain ownership of the portfolio data you enter. You grant us a license to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lithuania, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence under applicable consumer protection laws.
